above prevailing fees are subject to GST.
Membership Transfer Procedures
Transfer forms and application forms may be downloaded
at the website or collected from the Membership Services Unit.
All transfers applications must be submitted to the Membership
Services Unit by the 8th of the month in order for these applications
to be effective on the 1st of the following month.
Applications for membership must be accompanied by the
appropriate documents as indicated in the Terms and Conditions
of the Application Form.
Applications for memberships will be posted on the Club's
notice board for 14 days. Objections to any applications will
be reviewed by the Management.
Subscriptions shall be payable by the Transferor before
the effective date of transfer of membership.
All outstanding amounts in the Transferor's account
must be settled before the effective transfer date. Any
balance in the account will be deducted from the sales
proceeds and/or membership deposit.
Please note that all transfers are subjected to the above
transfer fees plus prevailing GST. Transfer fees shall be payable
by the Transferor.
